PAYMENT TERMS: By Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) for the shipment of *5,**0 MT RHWW The total amount of DLC to be transmitted by SWIFT/ COURIER SERVICE to the Seller�s nominated bank requesting to inform the Seller immediately upon receipt. PRE-CONDITION: i) DLC shall be TRANSFERABLE. ii) DLC shall be issued following Seller�s FCO. iii) Agreed Price must remain valid during the Contracted period.
